Jizira is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive platform for communication, collaboration, and innovation. These Acceptable Use Guidelines outline the standards of behaviour expected from all users of Jizira services. By using Jizira, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
1. Trust and Safety Principles
- Jizira values the open exchange of ideas and meaningful conversations.
- We support diverse communities, including businesses, educators, healthcare providers, families, and individuals.
- We are committed to user safety, inclusivity, and the respectful use of our technology.
2. Abuse
- Harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempts to silence, threaten, or harm other users will lead to account suspension.
3. Hateful Conduct
- Do not promote or incite violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or age.
- Use of profile information or usernames to engage in hateful conduct is not allowed.
- Accounts that engage in hate speech or related activities will be permanently banned.
4. Glorification of Violence
- Do not use Jizira to incite or celebrate physical harm, violence, or dangerous acts.
- Threats of death, sexual violence, or injury will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
5. Illegal or Restricted Activities
- You may not use Jizira for:
- Selling or promoting illegal substances or counterfeit goods
- Human trafficking or smuggling
- Unauthorized gambling or sexual services
- Sale or display of unlicensed weapons, ammunition, or explosives
6. Sensitive Content
- Jizira prohibits content that includes:
- Graphic violence or gore
- Pornography or sexually explicit material
- Child exploitation or abuse (reported immediately to authorities)
- Exceptions for educational or medical contexts may apply with discretion.
7. Suicide or Self-Harm
- Content promoting suicide or self-harm is not allowed.
- If someone is in distress, please report the issue, and we will provide appropriate support resources.
8. Violent Extremist Groups
- Jizira does not support accounts linked to terrorist or extremist groups.
- Activities promoting political or religious violence are prohibited.
- Use of Jizira to recruit, fund, or promote extremist activities will result in permanent bans.
9. Privacy Violations
- Posting or sharing another person’s private information (e.g., addresses, ID numbers, contact info) without consent is prohibited.
- Threats to expose private data are also a violation of this policy.
10. Spam
- Unsolicited advertising, mass messaging, or disruptive automation is not allowed.
- Accounts found spamming users or disrupting service functionality may be restricted or removed.
11. Copyright, Trademark, and Impersonation
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with a person or organisation.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of authors, creators, and brands.
12. Updates to This Policy Jizira may update these Acceptable Use Guidelines as necessary to reflect changes in law, regulation, or business practices. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
