Jizira Video Conferencing Solution – Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Jizira Video Conferencing services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Overview of the Services

Jizira provides browser-based video conferencing tools with features such as in-browser meetings, real-time chat, file sharing, screen sharing, whiteboarding, and meeting recording — all without requiring any application downloads.

Users may join meetings using a meeting ID or create and host their own video conferences through a registered account.

2. User Accounts and Access

  • You must register an account to host meetings.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share or resell your access.
  • You may be removed or restricted from using the Services if you violate any terms.

3. Pricing and Subscription

Jizira offers the following plans:

  • Default Plan (Free): Limited meetings (up to 20), 45-minute duration, 10-user cap.
  • Silver Plan (USD 14.00): Up to 50 meetings, 60 minutes each, 20-user limit, all features included.
  • Gold Plan (USD 24.00): Unlimited meetings, time, and users.

Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Permitted Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Not transmit offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
  • Not disrupt the system or misuse any functionality (e.g., spamming file share or chat).

5. Security and Privacy

  • Meetings are end-to-end encrypted.
  • Hosts may assign passwords and manage participants.
  • We follow strict privacy and data protection standards in accordance with Canadian law. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Meeting Recording

  • Recordings are stored locally on the host’s device.
  • It is the host's responsibility to inform participants of any recording.

7. Intellectual Property

All features, branding, and code used in Jizira are the intellectual property of Jiffix Inc. Users may not copy, resell, or duplicate platform functions.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Jizira makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades may cause temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jiffix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of data or disruption of business.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for any behavior that violates these Terms or endangers platform integrity.

11. Changes to Terms

Jizira may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the site. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
